Cross Country Shipping customers will receive a tracking number. Local customers will receive an "out for delivery notice"

Every Monday - Wednesday product if in stock with our wholesaler will begin shipping to us. This generally takes 1 business week to arrive. Please note some Tonies may take longer for delivery/arrival- up to 90 days+ from the date of order. By placing a pre-order with us you are acknowledging that your order is marked as a final non-refundable/non-returnable sale.

All pre-orders are final sale. Once ordered they cannot be canceled.
