Bulk Returns:
Any return requesr of a qty of 3 or more of the same item(s) (same sku/description) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. (Our Discretion)
Bulk returns of more than 3 of the same item(s) may be refused, this would be based on an overstocking issue. If refused, the customer will be notified.
Order Cancelation:
All order cancelations must be made within 1 hour of the order placement. If more than 1 hour has past since the order was placed, the order will be subject to a Restocking Fee of 25% of the entire order.
If the order is en- route to be delivered but not yet delivered and more than 1 hour has past since the order placement, the order will be subject to a delivery charge of $5.99 regardless if a fee was charged on the order or not.
If you are trying to cancel a cross Country order that already has its waybill/shipping label created, you cannot cancel.
Please note this information before choosing to cancel your order.
Order Shortages or Overages:
All customers have a 48 hr time frame from the date of delivery, for which you can claim any shortages or overages, or incorrect items. Any claims made after this time frame may not be accepted. (Check your orders upon receiving them) please note our wholesalers only give us 24 hours.
30 DAY RETURNS:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Order #)
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@colossaltoys.ca. If your return request is accepted, we ask that you ship the item or items back to us, shipping by your preferred method, we would provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As an independent retailer we do not cover the cost of returns.
If you chose to not connect with us prior to sending, your return will be rejected.

Damages and issues:
All FIDGET, STRESS, AND SQUISHY style products have no, (zero) warranty associated with them, they are a final sale. No coverage for defective Fidget, stress, and Squishy toys.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You the customer have 24 hrs to notify us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need all packaging and the physical item for defective items, in their original condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
All purchases made with giftcards or discount codes are marked as a final sale. All Pre-orders are marked as a final sale unless otherwise stated, the second the pre order is placed, our system will place the order with the supplier leaving the order marked a final sale non returnable.
All literature, seasonal items , apparel, plush, All clearance items are a final sale.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, custom products (such as special orders or items featured in our flyers as they are considered special order items and or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All Pokémon Tcg items are a final sale. All video games and controllers and consoles ( we do not have a way to test them once returned ) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. ALL APPAREL/CLOTHING (hats, socks, backpacks, blankets, clothing, jewelry, etc. ARE A FINAL SALE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THESE PRODUCTS. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Seasonal items, Clearance items, or gift cards.
Warranty:
There is no warranty when it comes to novelty items, as there is no coverage from our suppliers.
All defective or damaged items have a 30 return period from the time the order was delivered. As an independent retailer this goes beyond what we receive coverage for from our wholesalers. After the 30 day time frame we will no longer accept the return request. Certain products will require you to reach out to the manufacturer for defective products, we will advise you of that during your request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
