1)All orders of Black Friday items are marked FINAL SALE NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS

2)For the first time ever we will not be combining orders, should you place multiple orders, unless they are back to back we will not be combining them.  Last year this prolonged our process and we cannot make any exceptions this year. 

3)Expect huge delays in delivery. We will be posting A possible 2 week delay. Keep in mind it is just the two of us running this 20 person business. Should there be any harassment we will simply cancel your order.  As always there is no pick-up option . All orders will be delivered in a timely manner chosen by our delivery system.

4)all items that require a code at checkout must contain that code. Failure to provide the specified code, will result in the discounts being absent.

5)As always we will use boxes and bags when possible to conceal your orders.  We will not be double bagging, or providing any additional coverage for concealing orders.

6)All non single residents: as of 2022 we only make 1 delivery attempt. Should you not be around, please provide another delivery address,  if unavailable at the time of our delivery, your order will result in cancelation.

7) no other offers or deals or promotions can be combined,  that includes delivery exceptions for our close quarters streets, all orders will have the same delivery fees applied should the order be under the clarified threshold.

8)As always, items in your digital cart can be sold out from that cart. They are not held, never have been neve will be.

9)All orders must be placed through the website, we do not accept Etransfers or cash.
