Cross Country Shipping customers will receive a tracking number. Local customers will receive an "out for delivery notice"

Every Monday - Wednesday product if in stock with our wholesaler will begin shipping to us. This generally takes 1 business week to arrive. Please note some Tonies may take longer for delivery/arrival- up to 90 days+ from the date of order. By placing a pre-order with us you are acknowledging that your order is marked as a final non-refundable/non-returnable sale.

As eta's are an estimate, all pre-orders can take up to 90 days or more from the date of order, should the item take longer than 90 days we will provide an update, but only after the 90 day mark.
